The registration for the Internet banking service can be done in two ways:
I. Online registration
Online registration for the basic functionality of Internet banking is for all individuals customers of the bank who have at least one of our products *.
In just three easy steps, entirely online, you get the opportunity to use most of the functions of Postbank's Internet banking, which include:
- Payment of utility bills and taxes.
- Receiving and sending messages from / to the bank.
- Fast and secure access to all your banking products in the bank.
- Transfers between own bank accounts.
- Payment of liabilities on own credit products in the bank.
- Information on the bank's exchange rates and currency calculator.
- Ability to change password.
- View user sessions.
- Use of the m-Postbank mobile application for the listed services.
When starting online registration you need to enter personal data: three names, PIN, email address and mobile phone number.
The information entered must correspond to the current data provided by you in a branch of the bank. As a second step, you will receive a link at the email you provided to confirm the registration and create a password. In order to complete the online registration, it is necessary in the last third step to create a password and confirm it by entering the code received via Viber/SMS on your phone number, sent by the Bank.
If you want to use the full functionality of the service, which includes many additional options for managing your finances, all you need to do is visit a convenient branch of the bank.

II. Registration in a bank branch
Registration in a bank branch gives you the opportunity to use the full functionality of the internet banking service.
You have the opportunity to state which accounts and products you can access in your account and what your rights should be, you can additionally take advantage of the standard account limits or request individual ones.
Don't forget to subscribe to receive notifications related to your internet banking. The service offers email and/or Viber/SMS notifications for various events.

Important: Registration of a Corporate Client in the Internet banking system can be done only in the bank branch where the file of the legal entity is stored and where its bank accounts are serviced.
