• Bank account opening application
• Specimen of the signatures of the persons entitled to dispose of the cash in the account on behalf of the corporate client and a seal of the company
• The act authorizing the persons who can dispose of the cash in the account
• Copies of the ID cards of the persons disposing of the cash in the account
• A copy of the liquidation act and the act for the appointment of the liquidators
• Certificate of incumbency of the company which indicates who the liquidators are
