Who can submit an online limit change request?

The service is available for the following bank clients: individual users, as well as users from business entities, sole proprietors, and self-employed individuals with “Internet Banking” access, who have been granted the right to adjust limits.

Authorized users under the “General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD for Internet Banking of Individual and Corporate Clients” can submit an online limit change request when they are the account holders.

For business entities, sole proprietors, and self-employed individuals, the option for an online limit change request is available to an Authorized Holder following a written request from the account holder submitted at a bank financial center. The account holder’s legal representatives or their proxy, authorized by a specific power of attorney per the bank’s requirements, must appear in person at the bank to activate the service by signing and submitting the relevant documentation.

The online limit change request is submitted via Internet Banking, within the Authorized Holder’s profile.

Do limit changes affect Mobile banking?

The daily limit for Mobile banking is part of the overall daily limit for transfers through Internet banking (the maximum total amount of transfers that can be made in one day).

If you decrease the Internet banking limit, this change also impacts the Mobile banking limit.

Note that the maximum amount for a single transfer through Mobile banking is equivalent to EUR 15 000 (BGN 29 337.45).

What do I need to submit an online limit change request?

You need an active m-Token Postbank to confirm the request before submitting it for processing.

For individual users, the limit change request must be signed personally by the Authorized User, who is also the account holder.

For business entities, sole proprietors, and self-employed individuals, an Authorized Holder with the right to submit an online limit change request may request a change to their own internet banking limits or those of another Authorized Holder. If changing the limits of another Authorized User, both the requester (initiating the change) and the Authorized User (whose limits are being modified) must confirm the request.

Which limits can I request to change online?

You can request an online change to the single transfer limit (transaction limit) or the daily limit for Internet banking transfers (the maximum total amount of transfers that can be made in one day).

You can choose the desired limit amount within predetermined ranges set by the bank. These ranges will be displayed on the screen when filling out the limit change request.

When do the new limits take effect?

Submitting a signed request to change your limits is simply a declaration of your desired adjustment (increase or decrease) for transaction limits in the Internet Banking service.
The new limits only take effect after approval by the bank, which reserves the right to deny the request.

Completing and sending the online limit change request takes only a few seconds, and the bank processes requests within up to three business days.
