Developments in technology require periodic updates to compatible versions of applications. In this regard, a change is required in the minimum software compatibility with the devices on which the m-Postbank mobile application is installed.

We would like to inform you that as of October 20, 2023, the m-Postbank mobile banking application will be able to be installed and used on mobile devices with minimum specifications as follows:

• For Android operating system version 7.1+ or higher
• For iOS operating system version 11+ or higher
