Planned improvement of the card systems

As part of our strategy for ongoing improvement of the services, we upgrade constantly the functionality of the existing card systems and introduce new technology guaranteeing the speed and the security of your payments.  It is important to us to provide the best service possible – anywhere and anytime, and this is why we would like to inform you that in the coming few weeks, there will be technical activity aiming at improvement of the banking systems, which might impact certain services when using Postbank debit and credit cards.

The purpose of the planned changes is to improve the payment services the bank offers by ensuring higher speed and efficiency when processing the transactions.

The forthcoming change is part of a large-scale investment within the strategy of Postbank for introducing a series of innovative solutions, which will guarantee a better customer experience and a personalized approach focusing on the expectations of every user. In this way, the bank introduces state-of-the-art technology and even higher service standards, in order to respond to the interests and the specific needs of its customers, who will be able to use the advantages of the new card payments system.
