The current legislation in the country requires all banks in Bulgaria to keep up-to-date information about their customers.
In this regard, and in addition to the obligations of the clients to notify the Bank within 7 days from the occurrence of any change in the data, information and documents provided by them, Postbank periodically conducts campaigns with which it informs its customers when it is necessary for them to update their data.
In case you receive such a message from us, we rely on your attention and timely assistance to provide the necessary information, as the current law provides for the termination of the relationship with customers for which the banks cannot carry out a periodic update.
We note that this update should be made in the financial center of the Bank, which serves the relevant business client.*
