  • Current e-Postbank customers already have received notifications regarding the date of their migration and access instructions via the email and/or mobile number they have provided.
  • First login in the new Internet and Mobile Banking platform, requires entering your current username and password for access.
  • In case you have forgotten your password you can use the functionality "Forgotten password". If you forgot your username you should visit one of your branches.
