Important! The service will be available for new users registered after January 6, 2025.

Current Internet and Mobile banking users of the bank will be transferred on a couple of stages to the new platform, with each user being informed in their internet banking profile, via email, and with a Viber message about the specific date from which the new service will be available to them.

  • Transfers to recipients within the country and abroad.
  • Instant transfers within the country – completed in minutes and available 24/7
  • Set up and manage your regular payments, which may require your confirmation or be processed automatically.
  • Repay your credit card and loan obligations in Postbank.
  • Pay utility bills to over 800 merchants in various categories (water utilities, electricity, telecoms, internet, TV, and more), with the option for automatic bill payments. Create subscriptions, choose automatic payments, and we’ll ensure your utility bills are paid on time without any missed payments, provided your selected account or credit card has sufficient funds.
  • Make payments to various merchants using a 10-digit code.
  • Pay local taxes and fees to many municipalities in Bulgaria. If your desired municipality isn’t listed, you can make a “budget payment” to settle your obligations.
  • Access various inquiries and receive up-to-date information on your active banking products with Postbank.
  • Get real-time currency exchange rates from the bank.

Usage Limits:

The service has limits for single transfers, daily limits, and options to set a monthly limit. These limits are specified in the service agreement, and you can review and request changes from Transfers>>Limits menu**

For optimal performance with the service, we recommend a computer configuration with a resolution of 1366x768 pixels.
