Postbank has been recognized for the 9th consecutive year as the best bank in providing custodial services in Bulgaria. The ranking was prepared by the prestigious global magazine covering capital markets, asset management and investment, Global Custodian (www.globalcustodian.com), which conducts surveys about the quality of the services in the sector.
According to the overview in the magazine, Postbank provides customers with a “perfect service”. The ranking categories include Client Service, Innovations, Asset Safety, Liquidity Management, Risk Management, Price, Technologies, etc.
Postbank dominates and was given higher scores than participants from other Central and East European countries in all 12 categories.

Postbank has been providing the full range of high-quality custodial and depository services to local and foreign institutional clients since 2004. To safeguard the standard, the financial institution has been using since 2019 an automated software system, which fully meets quality requirements, as well as structural division of processes related to customer service, the Front Office Unit and the Operating Unit.
Postbank offers services, such as storage of clients’ portfolios, settlement of financial instruments operations, information and corporate events service, collection of income and receivables from financial instruments, control over legislative and other operational rules.
