Digital zones for express banking
Bank quickly and conveniently at Postbank's digital zones for express banking. With an active bank card, you can easily carry out your everyday banking without visiting a branch.
Available services include:
- cash deposits and transfers in euro;
- payment of taxes, fees and utility bills;
- electronic receipts for the operations you have carried out;
- secure confirmation via m-Token Postbank, an SMS code or an automated voice call.
The service is active for all individual customers; for business customers it is enabled following a request submitted at a branch.

By taking advantage of the convenience of the digital zones for express banking, you can save up to 83 per cent on the fees that would apply to the same operations carried out from an account at a branch.
Useful information
- Depending on their technical specifications, the self-service terminals in the "Express Banking Digital Zone" are of two types, with the type of each device indicated on it: a CASH device, which offers cash withdrawal and deposit capabilities, as well as non-cash transactions (money transfers, utility bill payments and others), and a KIOSK device, which offers only non-cash services (printing enquiries and statements, money transfers, utility bill payments and others).
- According to the Bank's current Tariff, the fees for the "Express Banking Digital Zone" service are lower than the fees for transactions performed at a teller in a bank branch. You can find the current applicable fees, commissions and limits for the "Express Banking Digital Zone" service under the Bank's current Tariffs (for individuals and legal entities respectively) here.
- Access to the "Express Banking Digital Zone" service activated by the Bank is available to all customers who are legally competent individuals and "consumers" within the meaning of the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act, holding a credit, debit or prepaid card issued by the Bank in their name, with which they identify themselves by entering on the self-service terminal keypad the personal identification number (PIN) known only to them. For these customers, the service is provided without the need for an explicit request to subscribe. For business customers, defined as "business entities and other legal entities" within the meaning of the General Terms and Conditions for Opening, Maintaining and Closing Bank Accounts of Business Entities and Other Legal Entities with Eurobank Bulgaria AD, the service is activated by submitting a request in the Bank's prescribed form at one of its financial centres.
Accounts cannot be opened or closed through the "Express Banking Digital Zone" service, nor is it available for transactions on accounts that, due to legal requirements and/or agreement with the Bank and/or security considerations, are subject to a specific operating regime, such as: deposit accounts, joint accounts, donation collection accounts, accounts held by legally incapacitated persons, fund-raising accounts, liquidation accounts, special-purpose accounts, escrow accounts, accounts in which third-party funds are held, and others.
The Bank's requirements set out in its account terms and conditions apply to the "Express Banking Digital Zone" service: the General Terms and Conditions for Opening, Maintaining and Closing Bank Accounts of Individuals with Eurobank Bulgaria AD and respectively the General Terms and Conditions for Opening, Maintaining and Closing Bank Accounts of Business Entities and Other Legal Entities with Eurobank Bulgaria AD, as well as its terms and conditions applicable to the relevant type of card: credit, debit or prepaid.

Transfers menu → New Transfer → Bulk Payment. For salaries, use Salary Bulk Payment; for all other types, use Bulk Payments.
File format
Text file in the Bank's prescribed format. All fields must end with ;. The decimal separator is . (dot). The fractional part of amounts must always be included.
Verification upon import
The system automatically checks the correctness of the file. If there are errors, a detailed message is displayed with information about the specific issue.
*The payment is initiated from a current account to euro-denominated beneficiary accounts with Postbank or another bank. For further assistance, please contact your servicing financial center.To withdraw and deposit cash, you no longer need to visit and wait at a teller desk in a bank branch. You only need to have an active credit, debit, or prepaid card issued by the Bank in your name, which you can use for identification at the designated area of the Digital Express Banking Zone terminal.
You can withdraw or deposit cash amounts in euro not only from and to your card, but also from and to your accounts with the Bank, without needing to be registered for internet banking.
Deposits are reflected in real time, allowing the deposited amount to be available immediately.
The maximum amount for a single withdrawal through the Digital Express Banking Zones is EUR 800 / BGN 1,564.66.
For each individual deposit at the self-service terminal, a maximum of 50 banknotes can be inserted (40 banknotes plus an additional 10), with the following denominations accepted: €5, €10, €20, €50, €100, and €200.
Important! For a higher level of security, when withdrawing funds from an account other than the one linked to the card used for identification at the self-service terminal, the transaction will require confirmation via the m-Token Postbank software token or a one-time code received via SMS or automated voice call to the mobile phone number registered with the Bank.

Where the relevant sticker is displayed on the Digital Express Banking Zone, it is possible to deposit up to 150 banknotes at once. The following denominations are accepted:
Euro currency: €5, €10, €20, €50, €100, and €200.
Important! €500 banknotes cannot be deposited.
Transfers to accounts in Bulgaria and the EEA
From your Postbank accounts, you can make outgoing euro transfers (standard and express) both to your own accounts and to accounts of other individuals held with the Bank or with another bank in Bulgaria or a country within the European Economic Area (EEA).
Transfers between own accounts and a credit card Make euro transfers between your own accounts with the Bank and to a credit card issued by the Bank in your name.
Important! For a higher level of security, payment transactions to third-party accounts with the Bank or to accounts with other banks require confirmation via the m-Token Postbank software token or a one-time code received via SMS or automated voice call to the mobile phone number registered with the Bank.
Credit card payment
You can pay liabilities on a euro-denominated credit card issued by Postbank in your name or in the name of another person. To do so, you need to have the credit card number of the Postbank credit card issued to that person.
Loan repayment You can repay liabilities on a loan granted by Postbank.
Important! For a higher level of security, payment transactions for repayment of a third party's loan liability and repayment of liabilities on a credit card issued by the Bank to another person require confirmation via the m-Token Postbank software token or a one-time code received via SMS or automated voice call to the mobile phone number registered with the Bank.
Utility bill payments in the Digital Express Banking Zones can now also be made from an account, not only from a card. Paying utility bills takes just a few seconds. Select “Utilities and Taxes”, then “Utility Bill Payment”, and a list of all merchants available for payment will be displayed. From there, you can easily find the relevant merchant and enter the subscriber number for which you want to pay outstanding liabilities. After the payment is completed, a screen appears with the option to save it as a subscription for future payments. Creating a subscription for utility payments gives you the convenience of being able to directly check whether there are any amounts due under your saved subscriptions the next time you use the service.
Important! For a higher level of security, creating and editing a subscription, as well as paying utility bills without creating a subscription, requires confirmation via the m-Token Postbank software token or a one-time code received via SMS or automated voice call to the mobile phone number registered with the Bank.
In the “Utilities and Taxes” menu, using the “Reports” button, you can easily view and email reports of the payments you have made through our Digital Express Banking Zones.
ou can now pay property tax or vehicle tax liabilities even more conveniently and easily with just one tap through the “Utilities and Taxes” → “Tax Payment” menu. You can pay both your own liabilities and those of other individuals to more than 200 municipalities* with which the Bank has agreed this service. To pay liabilities of another individual /other than the cardholder identified at the self-service terminal using a debit, credit, or prepaid card issued by the Bank/ or of a legal entity, two identifiers must be entered: Personal Identification Number ID (EGN) for individuals / UIC for legal entities, as well as a property registration number for real estate / vehicle registration number.

For account deposits, account withdrawals, transfers, and payment of utility bills and taxes through the Digital Express Banking Zones, you can choose whether to receive a paper receipt printed by the self-service terminal or an electronic notification by email (to the email address you have provided to the Bank).
