Pursuant to Article 58g of the Electronic Governance Act, feedback and suggestions regarding the accessibility of the website/application may be submitted in writing to the address: 260 Okolovrasten pat Str., Postbank Office Park, 1766 Sofia, Bulgaria; via the customer contact form available on the Bank’s website at https://www.postbank.bg/Contacts/Vrazki-s-klienti; or by phone at 0700 18 555 / short number 7224. The signals are reviewed within 30 (thirty) days and the answer is provided to the customer in correspondence of their preferred communication channel at the moment of the complaint deposition: 1. e-mail; 2. On paper, by post, to the address provided by the individual, with return receipt and an outgoing number from the Bank’s registry; 3. by phone with the support of the Contact center for customers. |
