After the 12th month of the loan term, the annual interest rate becomes variable and is formed by the sum of a reference interest rate plus a margin, which is agreed individually. The reference interest rate used is the PRIME EURO reference rate for credit products of "Eurobank Bulgaria" AD. The interest margin is set after conducting an individual assessment of the client's creditworthiness. In certain cases, defined by the bank, the financing conditions for a specific loan, including the specified interest rate, may differ from the values mentioned above. The "Payment Protection" insurance is an additional financial service offered by the Bank as an insurance agent of "Cardiff Life Insurance, Branch Bulgaria" LLC, with UIC 175190059 and "Cardiff General Insurance, Branch Bulgaria" LLC, with UIC 175190073, under the respective General Terms of the insurers. The insurance is concluded under the conditions of Article 382 of the Insurance Code as credit protection insurance (for the benefit of the lender). The insurance is intended only for clients who are recipients of consumer credit from Postbank. The loan is credited through a current account at the Bank. The monthly fee for maintaining a current account is 1.79 euros (if using one of the following bundled services for comprehensive banking: “My Family“ or "Priority by Postbank", instead of the stated fee, the fees for the respective program according to the Bank's tariff apply).
