Flexible term deposits – a flexible term deposit allows the client, after a specified period from the date of opening the deposit, to withdraw amounts up to a predetermined portion of the deposit, without affecting the agreed interest rate;

Cash concentration – consolidation of funds from several accounts into one account on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. An additional option is available to zero the balances of the accounts or maintain a balance specified by the client.

In response to the regulatory requirements under Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/565 of 25 April 2016 concerning the handling of complaints and the submission of claims to the investment intermediary, we hereby inform you that:

Clients have the right to submit claims to the Bank regarding deficiencies in the execution of their orders, any losses incurred as a result thereof, as well as in other cases related to the performance of the Agreement.

The Bank will review clients’ complaints within 14 days of receipt and will promptly notify the client of its position thereafter. In the event that a complaint involves a more complex factual situation, the deadline set out above may be extended.
