To use Postbank App, you need a mobile device with:
- Android 8+;
- iOS 15.6+;
- Huawei devices running EMUI 8 or later..
You need to have internet access via Wi‑Fi or mobile data.
In certain cases, the time required for new customer registration and the opening of a package program may be extended.
The promotional terms specified are applicable for activations completed by 7 October 2026.
