A lower monthly service fee for the “My Family” package program applies when your salary or work compensation is transferred to the main account under the program and at least three debit transactions are made with the debit card linked to the main account during the previous calendar month, including via the “One Wallet by Postbank” mobile app.
Adding additional services included in Postbank's "My Family" program is done when signing the respective additional contracts, whenever the service applies. For the "My Family" program and the banking products and services included in it, the applicable fees listed in the Bank's Fee Schedule for individuals are due.
The granting of an overdraft, personal loan, or mortgage under the 'My Family' program at Postbank takes place upon approval of the request submitted by the user and the signing of the corresponding loan agreements.
All SMS messages are provided through the respective mobile service provider, and the bank is not responsible for them not being received or being delayed if this is due to reasons beyond the bank's control, including, but not limited to, issues in the mobile network of the providers, force majeure circumstances, and so on.
When using the “Income Protection” insurance, if the monthly fee for the main account under the “My Family” program is paid regularly and the monthly insurance premium is also paid on time, the bank will refund a bonus to the account within the next calendar month. This bonus is a 20% discount on the monthly service fee for the main account under the program.
The “Income Protection” insurance is a standalone insurance service designed for individuals who have an open checking or savings account with the ability to make payment transactions, opened in euros at “Eurobank Bulgaria” AD, and in this sense, it is not offered separately from checking/savings accounts.
The insurance coverage under the "Income Protection" insurance is provided by the insurers “Cardif Life Insurance, Bulgaria Branch” LLC, with UIC: 175190059, and “Cardif General Insurance, Bulgaria Branch” LLC, with UIC 175190073, located at Sofia, 29 Hristo Belchev Street, entrance “A”, according to the respective General Terms and Conditions. The bank acts as an insurance intermediary for concluding the insurance as an insurance agent of the mentioned insurers.
