It is possible to purchase Life Insurance to secure the loan. Life Insurance is offered by the Bank in its capacity as an insurance agent of Bulstrad Life Vienna Insurance Group EAD, in accordance with the applicable General Terms and Conditions. The insurance is concluded pursuant to Article 382 of the Bulgarian Insurance Code as loan security insurance (for the benefit of the lender). The insurance is available only to customers who have been granted a home loan or mortgage loan by Postbank. Before purchasing the insurance, customers are advised to carefully review all documents relating to the selected insurance product.
The insurance costs are not included in the APR shown in the representative example above.
The variable annual interest rate is determined as the sum of the PRIME EURO Reference Interest Rate and a fixed margin agreed individually with the customer. The PRIME EURO Reference Interest Rate used for the loan products of Eurobank Bulgaria AD serves as the reference interest rate. More information about the methodology for determining the PRIME EURO Reference Interest Rate is available here. The interest margin is determined following an individual creditworthiness assessment, taking into account the loan amount, the customer's individual profile, the loan term, and the value of the collateral.
