• Memorise your PIN and never share it with anyone.

• Change your PIN from time to time.
• Inspect ATMs carefully before use.
• Keep your card in sight at all times when paying.
• Retain your transaction receipts.
• When shopping online, check that the page is secure (https).
• If you receive emails purporting to be from various organisations, asking you to fill in attached application forms with your personal and financial details and information about your bank cards, such as card numbers and expiry dates, we advise you not to click on the link in the message, not to enter any details and not to reply to the emails. It is standard practice for companies and payment systems offering services via the Internet not to require their registered customers to update their account details or other confidential information by replying to emails or filling in online forms.

Subscribe to the ‘SMS/Viber message’ service, which allows you to receive information about completed transactions in real time on a mobile phone number of your choice.

If your card is lost or stolen, or if you become aware of any unauthorised transactions made with your card, please notify Postbank’s Customer Service Centre immediately on 0700 18 555 or via the short code *7224, which is available 24 hours a day.

Please be careful and do not click on links in suspicious emails that appear to have been sent by Postbank and ask you to enter your details in order to receive or retain access to your funds at the bank! Do not reply to such messages and do not enter usernames, passwords, bank card details, account numbers, activation codes, verification codes, m-Token update codes or any other confidential information anywhere.

The length of the interest-free period for a specific purchase depends on the date of purchase and the repayment deadline for the outstanding balance shown on the most recent monthly card statement issued by the bank. The bank does not charge interest on purchases made with the card if all outstanding balances on the card are settled within this period. The interest-free period does not apply to interest charged on cash withdrawals.
