On June 1, 2023, BNP Paribas Personal Finance (“BNP Paribas Personal Finance S.A. – Bulgaria Branch”) officially became part of Postbank (“Eurobank Bulgaria AD”), marking a new stage in the Bank’s development. Today, we are combining our experience, resources and international expertise to provide our customers with even more modern and innovative solutions, high-quality products and the best service on the market.

The acquisition of BNP Paribas Personal Finance is another step towards expanding Postbank’s market share and strengthening its position as one of the leading players in the sector. Following the transfer of the business, Postbank will continue to provide the full range of services previously offered by BNP Paribas Personal Finance under the new brand “PB Personal Finance by Postbank” to both existing and new customers, while maintaining the same high standard of service.

Under the terms of the agreement signed between the parties, the next stage of the integration process will involve the alignment of banking processes and the rebranding of existing offices. Up-to-date information related to the integration process will be available on bnpparibas-pf.bg, as well as through personalised communications sent to BNP Paribas Personal Finance customers who are becoming Postbank customers.

Following Postbank’s acquisition of the business, there will be no changes to the credit products and services previously provided by BNP Paribas Personal Finance.

The terms and conditions of existing loans and credit cards will remain unchanged, in accordance with the applicable agreement for the respective credit product.

There will also be no changes to the servicing and repayment methods for existing loans and credit cards issued by BNP Paribas Personal Finance.

For your convenience, customers can make payments towards their credit obligations through Postbank’s extensive network of branches.
