How to Open a Product Online:
- Log in to e-Postbank or m-Postbank;
- Open the “Open New Product” menu;
- Select the desired product and currency;
- Review the agreement and confirm with m-Token Postbank;
After confirmation, the agreement will be available in the “Documents” menu in e-Postbank.

The service is available to the following bank clients: adults with legal capacity, legal entities registered in the Commercial Register, sole proprietors, and self-employed individuals who have up-to-date data in the bank’s system, at least one active banking product, and are registered and using the “Internet Banking” electronic banking system.
The possibility to open accounts online for legal entities is provided upon explicit written request from the account holder, made at a financial center of the Bank. For this purpose, the legal representative(s) and authorized holder(s) under the “General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD for Electronic Banking Services ‘Internet Banking’ for Individual and Corporate Clients” (GTCIB) must appear in person at the Bank once and request the use of the service, defining the active and passive rights and specifying the technical/electronic means for identification and signing on behalf of the Client, in accordance with the GTCIB.
The “Online Account Opening” service is available for opening specific types of accounts explicitly listed in the applicable Interest Bulletin of the Bank, along with their terms. Only personal accounts can be opened. The service is provided and used in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD for Electronic Banking Services “Internet Banking” for Individual and Corporate Clients.
When opening an account online, an agreement is concluded in the form of an electronic document for the respective type of account, applying the relevant General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD for opening, maintaining, and closing accounts, as well as the current tariff and interest bulletin of the Bank, which are provided on a durable medium by publishing them on the Bank’s website.
Before concluding the account agreement, the Bank provides all necessary pre-contractual information in the form of electronic documents through the functionalities of the “Internet Banking” system, and the client confirms its provision and acceptance. Access to documents for legal entities is granted only to legal representatives.
