Who can benefit from the insurance?
The "Peaceful Day" insurance program has been created by ZEAD "BULSTRAD LIFE VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP" EAD especially for individuals who are Postbank customers. It covers the risks of "Death from illness or accident" for people aged between 18 and 64, whilst the additional cover "Permanent loss of working capacity of more than 50% as a result of accident" is available for people aged between 18 and 44 at the time the insurance is taken out.

The additional medical service "International Expert Medical Opinion" is included in the three insurance packages and allows you to receive an independent written medical opinion (diagnosis), with recommendations and a treatment plan from an internationally recognised medical specialist of your choice.
The service can be used three times a year during the term of the insurance without any additional payment, even if the initial diagnosis was made before the insurance was taken out.

The insurance coverage under the Life Insurance "Peaceful Day" policy is provided by Insurance Sole Joint Stock Company "BULSTRAD LIFE VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP" JSC, with UIC 831211284, in accordance with the General Terms and Special Conditions described in the insurance policy. The insurance is offered in a package with an additional medical service "International Expert Medical Opinion", provided by the Insurer through its partner Diagnose Me BV, located at Dorpsdijk 63 4156AM Rumpt The Netherlands, +421 948 347 388. "Eurobank Bulgaria" JSC (Postbank), with UIC 000694749, conducts insurance intermediation for the conclusion of the insurance policies in its capacity as an insurance agent, based on an agency agreement concluded with the insurer.

When you have a "Peaceful Day" insurance policy with BULSTRAD LIFE VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP EAD and an unexpected insured event occurs with the insured person:
Step 1: Fill in the „Claim Form for the Payment of an Insurance Amount or Part Thereof" and prepare all the necessary documents described in the General Terms and Conditions of your policy.
You can find information about this step at:

- or by phone 0700 18 800.
Step 2: Send the documents to the address: Sofia 1301, St. 'St. Sofia' No. 6 in a manner convenient for you:
- by courier;
- with 'Bulgarian Posts' as a letter with feedback;
- by delivering them personally to the office of ZEAD "BULSTRAD LIFE VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP" EAD.
ZEAD "BULSTRAD LIFE VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP" EAD will:
- will register the insurance claim and assess the information provided;
- will contact you at the provided address in case additional documentation or clarification is required;
- make a decision on the insurance claim within 15 working days of receiving the requested information. In case of refusal to pay the insurance compensation, it prepares a statement and notifies you in writing.
