Which taxes and fees can you pay?
Through Postbank Web and Postbank mobile banking, you can check and pay the following types of local tax liabilities:
- Real estate tax - check and pay liabilities for all properties
- Motor vehicle tax - pay tax for a car, motorcycle, or other motor vehicle
- Municipal waste fee - pay the fee for waste management and collection
- Dog ownership fee - settle the liability for a pet dog
- And other types - depending on the municipality with which the Bank has an agreement
How to pay
your taxes?
Postbank Web
Log in to your profile → Taxes menu → choose the municipality and the liabilities → select an account or card.
Mobile banking
In the Postbank App: Services menu → Taxes → Pay taxes → choose the municipality. You also have the option to enter another person's details and pay their liabilities.
Municipalities outside the system
Liabilities to municipalities not listed in online banking can be paid by bank transfer. Information about the exact amount and the IBAN of the respective municipality is required.
*New municipalities: Blagoevgrad, Shumen, Balchik, Kaspichan, Kozloduy, Novi Pazar, Popovo, Troyan, and Harmanli. An up-to-date list of municipalities is available in internet and mobile banking.
Useful information
Payments are made in chronological order — the oldest liabilities are settled first, year by year, in sequence.
Yes. You can pay in instalments for the current year, following the prescribed order.
- The person's personal ID number (EGN) or company registration number (Bulstat)
- Vehicle registration number (in Cyrillic) — for vehicle tax
- Property account number — for property tax
