Export factoring

Offer your goods and services on deferred payment terms without placing additional strain on your company's working capital.

 Advantages of non-recourse export factoring:

 Greater competitiveness on international markets

Up to 100% assurance of receiving the export payments owed to you

Non-recourse export factoring is designed for companies:

Bulgarian exporters trading with countries across Europe, North and South America and South-East Asia — more than 90 countries worldwide in total. This is made possible thanks to our membership of the Factors Chain International (FCI) association.

Non-recourse export factoring includes:

•   Working-capital finance through an advance payment of up to 90% of the value of the assigned receivables on the day of export
•    Up to 100% cover of the credit risk and an assessment of the creditworthiness of the foreign buyer
•    Administrative and accounting management of trade receivables
•    Collection of trade receivables in the buyer's country through our FCI partners
•    Improved balance-sheet indebtedness ratios

Advantages of non-recourse export factoring:

А. Postbank reviews and approves credit lines for each proposed buyer

В. You sign a factoring agreement with Postbank

С. The buyers accept the Notice of Assignment

1. You deliver your goods to the buyers and issue invoices
2. You assign your invoices to Postbank (the Export Factor)
3. Postbank transfers the agreed advance payment to you against the invoices
4. Postbank's FCI partner in the buyer's country collects the sums due on the invoices
5. The buyer pays the Import Factor, which then transfers the funds to Postbank
6. Postbank pays you the remaining balance

In the event of late payment, non-payment or insolvency of the buyer in respect of an undisputed trade receivable, Postbank pays out the full amount of the relevant invoice 90 days after its due date.
