To accumulate 50 points and receive a reward of 12.78 EUR, customers must complete the corresponding number of transactions or a combination of them. The full terms and conditions depend on the type and amount of the Western Union transfers. Returned or declined transactions do not qualify for the program.
17 transactions for a transfer amount from 0.01 - 200.00 BGN or 0.01 - 100.00 EUR;
25 transactions for a transfer amount of 200.01-800.00 BGN or 100.01-400.00 EUR;
50 transactions for a transfer amount of 800.01-1000.00+ BGN or 400.01-500.00+ EUR.
The total number of points you'll get depends on the type and amount of your Western Union transfer. You can find the full terms for earning and redeeming points in the My Rewards loyalty program for customers using Western Union at the offices and agent network of Eurobank Bulgaria AD. Returned or canceled Western Union transactions, as well as transfers sent or received via a bank account in Bulgaria or abroad, don’t count in the program.
