Switching payments on an individual's payment account from one bank to a payment account at another bank
With effect from 01.11.2009, Postbank joined the Agreement between the banks that are members of the Association of Banks in Bulgaria on the switching of current accounts held by individuals. Since 18.09.2016, the switching of payment accounts has been governed by the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act. The Act allows individual customers to switch their recurring direct debits, recurring credit transfers and incoming credit transfers made from their payment account at another bank to a payment account at Postbank, and vice versa.
