The programme is designed to encourage the sustainable development of small and medium‑sized enterprises and small mid‑cap companies. It supports the transition to a greener economy by stimulating investment in energy efficiency, renewable energy sources, the circular economy and other sustainable practices, contributing to the green transformation of the Bulgarian economy.
