Ms. Milena Vaneva has been the head of the Legal Department at Postbank since 2005. In September 2011, she was also officially registered as the bank’s authorized signatory. In her capacity as an authorized signatory, Ms. Vaneva has the right to represent the bank, together with the CEO, before all individuals and legal entities in the course of the bank’s business operations.
