Postbank App

To use the Postbank App, you must already be a registered user of Postbank Web online banking. You use the same username and password to log in to the app as you do for Postbank Web.

After logging into the app, the user can set up a PIN or biometric authentication to log in to the app.

For devices running the Android operating system, access can be granted via PIN or fingerprint; for devices running the iOS operating system, access can be granted via PIN, fingerprint, or Face ID (for newer models that do not have a fingerprint scanner).

You can make intra-bank and interbank transfers in euros to other individuals in the country, as well as foreign currency transfers within Postbank. In addition, you can pay utility bills, local taxes and fees, and obligations related to credit products at the bank.
