m-Token Postbank
Transactions on the Postbank Web online banking platform can be confirmed using the Postbank m-Token software token or a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) + a one-time code received via Viber/SMS OTP.
For all online and mobile banking transfers (excluding payments between your own accounts), transactions in ONE wallet by Postbank and Digital Express Banking Zones, as well as payments made with credit, debit, and prepaid cards at merchants participating in the Visa Secure or Mastercard Identity Check programs, are confirmed using the Postbank m-Token.
When performing transactions via Postbank Web, the Postbank App, ONE wallet by Postbank, Digital Express Banking Zones, as well as when making online payments with credit and debit cards, you will be required to confirm the transaction with Postbank m-Token.
On the mobile phone where Postbank m-Token is installed, you will receive a push notification; you must open it and log in to the app. Once you have verified that the payment details are correct, you can confirm the transaction.
If you do not receive a push notification, confirm your transfers by launching m-Token Postbank and selecting the “Pending Confirmation” menu. You will find a list of all transactions awaiting confirmation that have not yet expired.
Another way to confirm transfers in Postbank Web is by scanning a QR code. After creating the transfer in Postbank Web, select the “Confirm with QR Code” option. In the m-Token Postbank app, select the “Confirm with QR Code” menu and scan the code. Confirm the payment after verifying that the details are correct. Confirmation with a QR code is available only for transactions in Postbank Web.
