We offer a range of product packages with accounts for different needs of a homeowners' association under the ZUES Act to facilitate convenient expenditure and tracking of cash flows.

Product package with the account "Condominium current expenses"

 

The package provides the option to open a euro payment account with a specific purpose - for the collection, storage and expenditure of the homeowners' association funds, intended for the payment of current and utility expenses for the management and maintenance of the common areas of the condominium.

Advantages:

  • No fee for opening the current account with the package;
  • Up to 5 free interbank transfers to recipients in Bulgarian banks (standard transfer (SEPA) and instant payment (SEPA instant)), arranged at a bank branch per month, counted from the date of account opening;
  • Up to 5 free utility payments per month (for a calendar month) via the "Universal Payer" service ("u-Postbank") if additionally requested at a Bank office with the signing of the necessary documents.
  • Option for access with passive rights to the Postbank internet banking service for the Chairman of the Management Board or the Manager of the association of owners (learn more about the Postbank Web service here);
  • Transparency in the settlement of current expenses for the maintenance of the condominium;
  • Security in storing the association's funds;
  • Opportunity to use a Smart POS terminal from Postbank without a monthly service fee.

Product package 'Condominium Special Account under the Renovation Programme'

 

The package provides the option to open a euro bank account with a specific purpose - for the storage and expenditure of funds of the homeowners' association in connection with contracts concluded under the "National Program for Energy Efficiency of Multifamily Residential Buildings" (the Program).

Advantages:

  • Compliance with the mandatory requirement for the non-repayable financial assistance under the Program to be transferred by bank transfer;
  • Transparency and clarity in carrying out payments for the project funded under the Program;
  • Security in storing the association of owners' funds;
  • Access with passive rights to the Postbank internet banking service for the Chairman of the Management Board or the Manager of the owners' association (learn more about the Postbank Web service).

Product package with account "Condominium Ownership 'Repair and Renovation Fund'"

 

The package provides the opportunity to open a euro bank account with a specific purpose - raising, storing and spending funds from the "Repair and Renovation" Fund in accordance with Article 50 of the Law on the Management of Shared Property.

Advantages:

  • No fee for opening the current account with the package;
  • Option for access with read-only rights to the Postbank online banking service for the Chairman of the Management Board or the Manager of the homeowners' association (learn more about the "Postbank web" service);
  • Transparency in the collection and disbursement of funds in/from the 'Repair and Renovation' Fund of the condominium under the conditions of Article 50 of the Condominium Ownership Act;
