Postbank marks its 35th anniversary with refreshed visual identity and new positioning

Postbank is celebrating its 35th anniversary with a renewed visual identity and a strategic repositioning built around the platform “Inspired by You.” As part of this transformation, the bank has launched a new advertising campaign featuring its long-standing brand ambassador, Grigor Dimitrov, which aims to present the modern character of one of Bulgaria’s most recognizable and trusted banking brands.
This change represents a new stage in the development of the leading financial institution in Bulgaria and comes as a natural continuation of the transformation that has been consistently implemented over the past few years.

The new visual identity introduces a modernized logo that is clean, minimalist, and distinctly digital in feel. A key element is the speech bubble, symbolizing dialogue and connectivity, reflecting the bank’s strategic shift from a traditional financial institution to a personal partner for its customers. The use of white in the color palette conveys clarity, ease, and control—core values that the bank places at the heart of the customer experience.

The name Postbank, written in Latin script, highlights the brand’s scale and contemporary character while preserving the recognition and trust built over decades. Placing people—customers, employees, and partners—at the center of every innovation is most clearly expressed in the new slogan “Inspired by You.” The concept emphasizes that inspiration comes from personal stories, everyday choices, ambitions, and the courage to move forward, shaping a new standard in banking driven by trust, inspiration, and a shared goal of creating a better environment.

The new platform goes beyond a visual transformation—it is the final stage of a large-scale digital transformation carried out in recent years. This includes a fully redesigned mobile banking experience with high customer satisfaction, a significant increase in active digital users, a next-generation front-office system, a new card platform, and the implementation of over 100 AI-driven solutions enhancing both service and customer experience. At the same time, the bank successfully completed system migrations and ensured a smooth transition to the new national currency.

According to the bank, these efforts were guided by a clear principle—addressing the real needs of people. The results include modernized core systems, innovative lending and payment solutions, upgraded branches, and new customer spaces that combine digital and physical experiences in ways not previously seen on the Bulgarian market.

As part of its new vision, Postbank is also introducing a next-generation office network, Postbank NEXT. These spaces integrate digital technologies, self-service zones, and video consultation capabilities. The “phygital” model combines the convenience of digital services with the expertise of in-person interaction, setting a new benchmark for customer experience in banking.
Looking ahead, the bank plans to roll out new investment solutions, specialized products for younger customers, an expanded branch network, and a series of innovations to be introduced gradually in the coming months.
