Postbank, together with key partners, is organizing a unique sports spectacle featuring a match between two of the stars of world tennis – the most successful Bulgarian tennis player in history and long-time brand ambassador Grigor Dimitrov, and the Greek crowd favorite Stefanos Tsitsipas.

The event, which will gather nearly 12,000 people on June 12 at Arena 8888 in Sofia, will be held under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Iliana Iotova.

The unique tennis match will be broadcast live on bTV. Spectators will enjoy a combination of top-level tennis and a spectacular stage concept. A large-scale light show and a strong sporting atmosphere will turn the Postbank Tennis Gala into one of the most memorable international sports events of the year.

On the court will be players who have been among the most recognizable faces on the ATP Tour over the past decade. Grigor Dimitrov, who reached world No. 3 and won the ATP Finals title, is one of the most elegant players in modern tennis. Stefanos Tsitsipas, a finalist at Roland Garros and the Australian Open, with a long-standing presence in the world’s top 10, is also among the most exciting players in recent years. The two already share a competitive rivalry, having faced each other multiple times at the biggest tournaments in the world, including Roland Garros and ATP Masters 1000 events. Their most recent match dates back to 2023 at the Paris Masters semifinals, making the upcoming meeting in Sofia even more anticipated by tennis fans.

Part of the proceeds will be donated to the Grigor Dimitrov Foundation and directed toward initiatives supporting the development of children and young talents. Supporting young people is also deeply embedded in Postbank’s corporate philosophy, with the belief that their dreams are the foundation of the future we all want to see.
