We would like to inform you that, due to the closing of the 2025 financial year and upcoming system adjustments related to the adoption of the euro, payment orders through our digital services on the last business day, December 30, 2025, will follow the schedule below:

Outgoing payments in BGN and foreign currencies submitted via digital channels by 12:00 p.m. will be processed as follows:

• Standard, express, and instant BGN transfers (via BISERA/RINGS/BLINK payment systems) and budget payments submitted by 12:00 p.m. on December 30, 2025 (Tuesday) will be executed with value date 30.12.2025.
• All foreign currency transfers to other banks in Bulgaria and abroad submitted by 12:00 p.m. on December 30 will be executed with value date 30.12.2025, or according to the selected value date.
• SEBRA transfers will be processed in accordance with the Ministry of Finance letter DDS №10/28.11.2025.

Incoming payments:

• Incoming BGN transfers received by 3:00 p.m. on December 30 will be processed automatically. After this time, receiving BGN transfers will not be possible.
• Incoming foreign currency transfers received by 4:45 p.m. on December 30 will be processed; those received after this time will be credited with value date 05.01.2026.

Please note: Technical adjustments for the currency change in our digital banking platforms will start on December 30, 2025, at 12:00 p.m.. Payment orders will not be possible until services are restored on January 2, 2026.
