Postbank

Mrs. Milena Vaneva is the Head of Legal Division of Postbank since 2005. In September 2011 she officially became the procurator of the Bank. In her role as procurator she is representing the Bank together with the Executive Director before all individual and legal entities for the execution of the Bank’s activities.

Before joining the team of Postbank, Mrs. Vaneva has held the positions of Head of Legal Departments of HVB Bank Biochim and Procredit Bank and legal advisor of Raffeisen Bank Bulgaria. In the beginning of her career she worked as lawyer in Sofia Bar Association and in Coeler and Partners Legal Consultancy.
