Additional identification for access to e-postbank and m-postbank

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that as a next step towards improving the security of the use of the Postbank's digital channels and in compliance with revised Payment Services Directive (Regulation (EU) 2015/2366), as of 11.10.2019 we implement an additional identification for access to Internet and mobile banking services.
Identification will be performed by entering a one-time code, which you will receive by SMS (or automatic voice call in e-Postbank) and will not be required for every login, but for the first one after 10.10 and then periodically for a certain period of time.
If the mobile number you have provided at the Bank has been changed and we do not have an up-to-date one, you are required to update your data personally at a branch of the Bank.

If the number is a part of foreign mobile operator network, you can request the code via an automatic voice call by selecting the "Other verification options", "Call me" option.
