Planned Interruption of Internet and Mobile Banking Services

Dear Customers,


We would like to inform you about an upcoming planned interruption of Internet and Mobile Banking services. This interruption will affect both users of the new Internet and Mobile Banking platform and users who have been informed that their registrations will be migrated to the new service during the period of January 31 - February 1.

 

For current service users, access will be restricted from 10:00 PM on January 31, 2025, to 2:30 AM on February 1, 2025.

For users who have been notified that their registrations will be migrated during the period of January 31, 2025 - February 1, 2025: their last access to e-Postbank will be available until 10:00 PM on January 31, 2025.

Access to the new service will be active from 3:00 PM on February 1, 2025.

 

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding and trust. All the improvements we implement aim to provide better service and more functionality for the users of the service.
