Postbank was distinguished as a Top Employer in Bulgaria with a certificate from the international independent Top Employers Institute. The financial institution, which is among the largest and most desirable employers in the country, received the recognition after a detailed monitoring of the company's processes over the past year. The award is given for its innovative vision and high standards in implementing globally recognized employer practices in human resource management, care for people, working conditions, employee personal and professional development programs, among others. The achievement builds on its value with the fact that Postbank is the first company from the Eurobank Group to receive the Top Employer recognition.

The institute's annual analysis covers 20 areas of human resource management, including people management, creating motivating work environments, talent attraction, learning and development, and well-being and social engagement. The certification process takes nearly six months and the assessment is prepared by an international jury of independent experts who scrutinize the concepts, processes and tools implemented by the employer in this area.  

The Top Employers Institute was founded more than 30 years ago and has certified over 2,000 companies from more than 120 countries. The institute's annual survey aims to recognize the world's best employers who have demonstrated excellence in human resources, successfully implemented a range of proven, globally-recognized employer practices and continue to build on and develop these by looking after their employees.
