In order to ensure the continuity of payment services, it will be necessary to replace all Piraeus Bank POS devices with Postbank POS devices before the Date of the operational merger. For this purpose, our employees shall be contacted to arrange a visit to your outlets where POS terminals are installed.

In order to install the new POS device, it is necessary to conclude a new contract for accepting card payments with Postbank. As of the Date of the operational merger, the Bank Card Payment Agreement concluded with Piraeus Bank will be unilaterally terminated and, if all Piraeus Bank POS devices with Postbank Bank have not been replaced by that date, these devices will cease to function.
