Notice regarding processing of personal data when using
Postbank mobile applications
This notice contains information that will help you understand how and why we process your personal data when you use our mobile banking, software token and mobile wallet digital solutions (collectively, "Mobile Applications").
WHO ARE WE?
We are Postbank, with the legal name "Eurobank Bulgaria" AD (hereinafter "We" and "The Bank"), a company registered in the Commercial Register of the Registration Agency with EIC 000694749. Our main priority is to work ethically and responsibly, to comply with legislation, including in the field of personal data protection, and to satisfy your expectations of us regarding the processing of your personal data. We are constantly improving our internal procedures and work processes. Our employees are trained and obligated to protect the privacy of customers' personal information.
WHAT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU DO WE PROCESS?
The use of the applications is necessarily related to the processing of information about your names, mobile phone, e-mail, payment accounts and transactions.
When you use our mobile applications, we will collect information about the end device (e.g. mobile phone, tablet or smart watch) that is automatically generated. Such data include model, serial number, type and version of operating system, video resolution of the device screen, etc. Additionally, in order to provide our services properly, our applications may require access to information on your device, such as location, media files, internet connection availability, etc.
FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We use your personal data to provide you with our services through the mobile applications. We consider that our basis is an existing contract between you and the Bank. In addition, we will collect information about the way you use the mobile applications, based on the following purposes:
- to provide you with individualized content;
- to assess what other products and services of the Bank may be suitable for you;
- to improve our digital solutions.
WHO DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO?
We consider your personal information confidential and value its privacy. The data you provide when using the mobile applications will not be disclosed to third parties.
HOW LONG WILL WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your personal data, processed when using our mobile applications, will be stored both for the entire period of business relationship between you and the Bank, and for at least 5 years after the termination of the relationship.
YOUR RIGHTS
RIGHT TO ACCESS
You can always ask us if we process your personal data and if we do, be informed about what information we store, why we do so and the ways in which we process it. You also have the right to a copy of the information.
RIGHT OF CORRECTION
We would like your personal data to be accurate and up-to-date. If any part of your data is inaccurate or out of date, please let us know and we will correct it.
RIGHT OF ERASURE
You may request the Bank to delete your personal data, but in order for the request to be fulfilled, relevant legal grounds must be applicable. We will not delete information about you that we are required to keep by law or have another reason not to delete. We will have one month to respond to your request. If we refuse to delete the information, we will explain to you why this is our decision and what the legal grounds are for doing so.
RIGHT TO LIMIT PROCESSING
In certain cases, you can ask the Bank not to process your personal data, including not to delete it, in order to protect your legal claims.
RIGHT OF OBJECTION
As set out in this Notice, in some cases we process your personal data because we have a legitimate interest. You have the right to object to this processing, including where it constitutes profiling. We will stop processing the data, but only when we are convinced that our interest does not prevail in the particular situation.
RIGHT OF PORTABILITY
You may request the Bank to place your data in an electronic file and pass it on to you or to a third party. The data that you may request from us can only be those that have been provided to us in connection with a contractual relationship or with your consent and are processed in an automated way (electronically).
HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS?
You can exercise any of the above-mentioned rights in person or through a person expressly authorized by you in an office of the Bank, as well as electronically in accordance with the Law on electronic documents and electronic authentication services. We have created a special form to make it easier for you to exercise your rights.
Under certain conditions, we may charge you a fee for responding to a request. The fee is set out in our Tariff. The bank has appointed a special employee who is responsible for compliance with the regulatory requirements in the processing of personal data and the application of the best international practices.

COMPLAINT TO SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Bank's actions regarding your personal data, we would first like you to inform us so that we can understand the cause of the problem and try to resolve it. Our Data Protection Officer will carefully consider your request and answer any questions you may have. However, if you believe that you have not received adequate assistance from the Bank or that your rights have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority. This authority in the Republic of Bulgaria is the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU REFUSE TO PROVIDE
YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
If you do not provide us with the necessary personal data that we have defined as mandatory for using the mobile applications, it would not be possible to use them.
