Changes in minimum technical requirements when using ONE wallet by Postbank for Android and iOS operating systems

Dear customers,

Developments in technology require periodic updates to compatible versions of applications. In this regard, a change is required in the minimum software compatibility with the devices on which the ONE wallet by Postbank mobile application is installed.

We would like to inform you that as of March 20th 2025 the ONE wallet by Postbank application will be able to be installed and used on mobile devices with minimum specifications as follows:

- For Android operating system version 8.0 Oreo or higher

- For iOS operating system version 13 or higher
