Postbank
In the tenth edition of the Postbank Business Run 2022 charity relay race, a record 309 teams took part, consisting of nearly 1,240 participants from companies in various business sectors. The event, which took place on the territory of Business Park Sofia, was organized by the Begach Running Club, with the leading support of Postbank. As part of the initiative, the Kids Run competition was also held, carried out by certified coaches under the IAAF Kid’s Athletics program, in which 50 children aged 4 to 16 participated. In the traditional competition among executive directors – CEO Dash – 10 managers from various companies took part.
Like every year, this edition of the largest team building event in Bulgaria, Postbank Business Run 2022, is realized in support of two socially significant causes. The funds in the amount of over BGN 10,000 will support the project “Day center – a place for games, dreams and development” of the For Our Children Foundation, aimed at children with special needs, and the event ParaKiada of the Shark Sports Club Association, which provides sports for children with disabilities and spinal curvature disorders and overweight children.
The winner of the relay was the SAP Top Team from SAP with a time of 55:49 minutes. In second place with a total time of 1:00:39 is VMware’s Traditional Thursday team. Third place went to the DSK Running team with a time of 1:02:36. The Fastest Female Team award went to the SAP Tech Girls team with a time of 1:18:25. The second place among them went to VMware’s Scrambled Legs team, and the third – to DSKBank’s team, The Sole Survivors. In the CEO Dash competition for executive directors and senior managers, the fastest among men was Yordan Ginev from the company DigitAll, who covered the distance of 1 kilometer in 02:56 minutes, and among the women – Marina Todorova from Expat Capital AD with a time of 03: 34.
Post Bank’s top team (The Best) performed excellently, taking 14th place with an overall time of 1:08:42. The financial institution entered the competition with a total of 20 teams.
Postbank Business Run aims to draw people’s attention to a healthy lifestyle and provoke their desire to win through teamwork and cooperation in the name of a noble cause.
