With effect from the date of legal merger, the following changes will take effect:

1. The title of the General Terms and Conditions of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria AD is changed to the General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD applicable to banking products and services of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria.
2. The title of the General Terms and Conditions of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria AD for provision of payment services is changed to the General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD for the provision of payment services applicable to Piraeus Bank Bulgaria products and services.
3. The title of the General Terms and Conditions for the regular payment service of utility bills is changed to the General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD, applicable to the service of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria for regular payment of utility bills.
4. The title of the General Terms and Conditions of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria AD for granting loans for real estate to consumers is changed to the General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD for credit loans for real estate to consumers applicable to credit products of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria.
5. The title of the General Terms and Conditions of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria for using the WinBank e-banking service is changed to the General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD applicable to the e‑banking service of WinBank of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria.
6. The title of the General Terms and Conditions to the Framework Agreement of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria AD for issuance and use of bank debit cards is changed to the General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD, applicable to Piraeus Bank Bulgaria debit cards.
7. The title of the General Terms and Conditions to the Framework Agreement of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria AD for issuance and use of international credit cards is changed to the General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD applicable to international credit cards of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria.
8. The title of the Piraeus Bank Bulgaria Fees and Commissions Tariff is changed to the Eurobank Bulgaria AD Tariff for Fees and Commissions applicable to Piraeus Bank Bulgaria's banking products and services.
9. The title of the Piraeus Bank Bulgaria AD Interest Rate Bulletin for individuals, the Piraeus Bank Bulgaria Interest Rate Bulletin for legal entities, and the Interest Rate Bulletin of discontinued banking products and services, are changed respectively to the Eurobank Bulgaria AD Interest Rate Bulletin, applicable to banking products and services of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria for individuals, interest rate bulletin of Eurobank Bulgaria AD, applicable to banking products and services of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria for legal entities and Interest rate bulletin of Eurobank Bulgaria AD applicable to discontinued products and services of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria.

As of the Date of the operational merger, the following changes will take effect:

1. The General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD applicable to Piraeus Bank Bulgaria's banking products and services and the General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD for consumer real estate loans applicable to Piraeus Bank Bulgaria Credit Products shall remain in force for the contracts which explicitly refer to them, insofar as they do not contradict the terms of the individual contracts concluded, as well as the General Terms, Rates and Interest Bulletins applicable to Postbank's banking products and services, listed below.
2. The General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD for the provision of payment services applicable to Piraeus Bank Bulgaria products and services shall be abolished and they shall be completely replaced as follows:
   • Under the contracts for all types of accounts and deposits concluded with individuals, the General Terms and Conditions for opening, keeping and closing bank accounts of individuals at Eurobank Bulgaria AD shall apply;
   • Under the contracts for all types of accounts and deposits concluded with legal entities and / or other economic entities, the General Terms and Conditions for opening, keeping and closing accounts of economic entities and other legal entities in Eurobank Bulgaria AD shall apply.[DYY1]
3. The General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD applicable to the service of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria for regular payments of utility bills, as well as the General Terms and Conditions for using the service of the Operator for automatic payment of utility bills with bank cards - "Electronic utility bills" shall be repealed, and they shall be replaced in their entirety by the General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD for the Universal Payer service.
4. The General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD applicable to the WinBank electronic banking service of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria shall be repealed, and they shall be replaced in their entirety by the General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD for electronic banking Internet Banking for individual and corporate customers.
5. The General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD applicable to Piraeus Bank Bulgaria debit cards shall be repealed, and they shall be replaced in their entirety by the Eurobank Bulgaria AD General Terms and Conditions for issuing and using debit cards.
6. The General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD applicable to Piraeus Bank Bulgaria International Credit Cards shall be repealed, and they shall be replaced in their entirety by the Eurobank Bulgaria AD Terms and Conditions for Issuance and use of Visa, American Express and Mastercard Credit Cards.
7. The Tariff of Eurobank Bulgaria AD for the fees and commissions applicable to Piraeus Bank Bulgaria's banking products and services shall be amended, by being entirely replaced as follows:
   • Under the contracts concluded with customers-individuals, the Tariff for fees and commissions applied by Eurobank Bulgaria AD for services provided to customers-individuals will apply;
   • For contracts concluded with legal entities and / or other economic entities, the Tariff for fees and commissions applied by Eurobank Bulgaria AD for services provided to customers-legal entities, sole proprietor traders, companies under the Obligations and Contracts Act, budgetary enterprises and foreign sales agencies will apply under.
8. The Eurobank Bulgaria AD Interest Rate Bulletin applicable to Piraeus Bank Bulgaria's bank products and services for individuals, the Eurobank Bulgaria AD Interest Rate Bulletin applicable to Piraeus Bank Bulgaria bank products and services for legal entities and the Interest Rate Bulletin of Eurobank Bulgaria AD, applicable to discontinued banking products and services of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria, shall be repealed and replaced in their entirety as follows:

• Under contracts concluded with customers-individuals the Interest Bulletin of Eurobank Bulgaria AD for individuals and the Interest Bulletin of Eurobank Bulgaria AD for discontinued products for individuals will apply respectively;
• Under contracts concluded with customers-legal entities and / or other economic entities, the Interest Rate Bulletin for Corporate Banking customers and the Corporate Banking Customer Bulletin will apply respectively.

All of the above General Terms and Conditions, Rates and Interest Bulletins of Postbank are published here and are available at all the Bank's offices.

If you do not accept the proposed changes to the General Terms and Conditions, Tariffs and Interest Bulletins mentioned above, you have the right to object to them by terminating your contract for the respective banking product or service, concluded with Piraeus Bank Bulgaria, with a written request made to Postbank, by the Date of the operational merger without liability for costs and damages.
