As of the Date of the operational merger, the following changes will take effect:

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD applicable to Piraeus Bank Bulgaria's banking products and services and the General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD for consumer real estate loans applicable to Piraeus Bank Bulgaria Credit Products shall remain in force for the contracts which explicitly refer to them, insofar as they do not contradict the terms of the individual contracts concluded, as well as the General Terms, Rates and Interest Bulletins applicable to Postbank's banking products and services, listed below.
  2. The General Terms and Conditions of Eurobank Bulgaria AD for the provision of payment services applicable to Piraeus Bank Bulgaria products and services shall be abolished and they shall be completely replaced as follows:
