1. Information for individual customers
If you use a loan (including consumer loan, mortgage loan or overdraft) granted by Piraeus Bank, your loan terms and conditions remain unchanged under the loan agreement.

You can continue to pay the installments on your loan in your preferred way - online banking, periodic payment, or at a convenient for you office, with the service account remaining the same as before, but as of the Date of the operational merger, its number (IBAN) will be changed.

In case that a life and / or property insurance is attached to your loan, it will continue to be in effect until its expiration, without modification of the applicable conditions.

For the use of additional banking products and services offered by Postbank, which are not explicitly agreed in the concluded loan agreement, the relevant Postbank Tariff shall apply (see more here). 

2. Business customers information
If you have a business loan granted by Piraeus Bank, your loan terms and conditions remain unchanged under the loan agreement.

You can continue to pay the installments on your loan, while the servicing account remains the same as before, but as of the Date of the operational merger, its IBAN will be changed.

For the use of additional banking products and services offered by Postbank, which are not explicitly agreed in the concluded loan agreement, the relevant Postbank Tariff shall apply (see more here).
