m-Postbank novo gives you nearly all the features of Postbank’s internet banking, but in a convenient format for your smart device.

  • Quick login with fingerprint or facial recognition (for devices with iOS operating system).
  • Initiate transfers;
  • Automatic utility bill payments - create subscriptions, set a limit, and we'll handle your payments;
  • Payment by 10-digit code to various merchants using this payment method;
  • Our app is available for all Android, Huawei and iOS smart devices, ensuring convenience and comfort wherever you are.
  • Option to request a software token upon initial activation of a profile through the application.
 

Important! The service will be available for new users registered after January 6, 2025.

Current internet and mobile banking users will be transferred on a couple of stages to the new platform, with each user being informed in their internet banking profile, email, and Viber message regarding the specific date when the service will be accessible.

What can you do with m-Postbank novo?

Some of the main operations you can perform on your mobile phone include:

  • View information about all your products with Postbank.
  • Transfers between your own accounts in the bank.
  • Transfers to third parties within Postbank and other banks in Bulgaria, including budget and currency transfers worldwide.
  • Pay utility bills to over 800 merchants in various categories (water utilities, electricity, telecoms, internet, TV and more), as well as payments by 10-digit code to merchants who support the service.
  • Pay local taxes and fees to over 30 municipalities.
  • Credit and credit card payments with Postbank.
  • Receive push notifications for new utility bill obligations through a saved subscription.
  • Easy login with PIN code or biometrics.
  • Get information on current exchange rates and use a currency calculator.
  • Locate the nearest branches and ATMs of the bank, with contact details and operating hours.

To use mobile banking via m-Postbank novo, log in with the username and password you use for e-Postbank internet banking, or authenticate with a PIN or biometric data if enabled.

  • On the "Dashboard" menu, view all accounts, deposits and loans registered in e-Postbank, check balances, transaction history, loan repayment plans and due dates.
  • In the “Cards” menu, access information on registered debit and credit cards with Postbank, view card transaction history, pay credit card obligations and more.
  • In the “Payments” menu, see details on initiated, declined and pending transfers on your Postbank accounts. Transfer funds between your own accounts, make transfers to third parties domestically or internationally (up to a set limit), pay registered Postbank credit card or loan obligations and more.
  • In the “Services” menu, you can:  
  • Review your subscriptions for utility bill payments or create new ones
  • Check and pay tax obligations
  • Make payments by 10-digit code
  • Submit request for cash withdrawals at a branch or for limit adjustments (coming soon..)
