In order to make payments to third party accounts, one of the following verification tools is required:
- Software token m-Token Postbank - you can request and activate in the menu Profile >> m-Token management.
- Qualified electronic signature (QES) + one-time code received via SMS or other type of electronic message (Viber).
Depending on the browser you are using, it is necessary to install the appropriate components and make certain settings.
Browser independent signing service (BISS)
By using the service for electronic signing – BISS by BORICA AD you are able to sign documents and payments using QES + one time password, received via SMS or other type of electronic message (Viber), no matter what the browser and operating system are used. Depending on your OS and browser you should install BISS along with the required components:
MS Windows and browsers Chrome, Edge
1. Install BISS
2. Provide BISS access to your Qualified Electronic Signature (QES)
- Install the required software of your QES according to the instructions of the issuer.
- Select “Select Certificate” in BISS settings
When using BISS for the first time you have to choose the certificate source StoreCard / Token (PKCS11).
MS Windows and Mozilla Firefox
1. Install BISS
2. Install the certifications chains of the bank in Windows Certificate Store (right button click on Postbank Root CA and Postbank Issuing CA 2, chose “Save link as” and after that run the files from the folder you downloaded them and follow the steps).
3. Install the certification chains of Borica AD from the following links:
- B-Trust Root CA Certificate (mark the three options)
- B-Trust Operational CA AES (mark the three options)
4. Provide BISS access to your Qualified Electronic Signature (QES)
- Install the required QES software, according to the issuer’s instructions.
Select “Select Certificate” in BISS settings.
When using BISS for the first time you must choose the certificate source StoreCard / Token (PKCS11).
Mac OS and Mozilla Firefox
1. Install BISS
2. Install the certifications chains of the bank in Key Chain Access (right button click on Postbank Root CA and Postbank Issuing CA 2 chose “Save link as” and after that run the files from the folder you downloaded them and follow the steps).
3. Install the certification chains of Borica AD in certificate storage of the browser from the following links:
- B-Trust Root CA Certificate (mark the three options)
- B-Trust Root Qualified CA Certificate (mark the three options)
- B-Trust Operational CA AES (mark the three options)

4. Provide BISS access to your Qualified Electronic Signature (QES)
- Install the required QES software, according to the issuer’s instructions.

- Install the required QES software, according to the issuer’s instructions.
